Youth
There are a variety of youth group experiences for our children. Club 5/6 appeals to fifth and sixth graders, while seventh and eighth graders enjoy their very own Club 7/8. High school students join Austin Temple Teens. 130 students participated in the Congregation’s youth groups last year, connecting with each other at social and social action events.
Club 5/6
Club 5/6 is a youth group for 5th and 6th grade students. We have 2-3 events per semester. We usually do one mitzvah project during the year, but our main focus is on having fun with other Jewish kids. Annual dues are $18 and applications are available in the religious school office or by emailing Andrea Sour at bethisraeljyg@gmail.com
Club 7/8
Club 7/8 is a youth group for 7th and 8th grade students. We do monthly activities to encourage social interactions among the Jewish youth since they don't get much time to socialize otherwise. We do some education and mitzvah programs, but mainly we just have fun!!! Annual dues are $36 and applications are available in the religious school office or by emailing Andrea Sour at bethisraeljyg@gmail.com.

Austin Temple Teens
Austin Temple Teens (ATT) is CBI's high school age youth group. A member of NFTY (North-American Federation of Temple Youth), the 10,000-strong youth-led movement of Reform Judaism, ATT participates actively in the four annual events held by TOR, NFTY's Texas-Oklahoma Region.
Locally, we hold several social events every year and we're making an active stab this year at including more Tikkun Olam-oriented activities.
