It is said that synagogues serve three functions:  as a Beit Tefilah, a house of worship, as a Beit Midrash, a house of learning, and as a Beit Knesset (the formal Hebrew name for a synagogue), as a house of assembly.  We hope you will make CBI your spiritual home for all three purposes ... and, if you are able, we want you to become involved so that you truly feel like you are part of a sacred community.
