Welcome!

Congregation Beth Israel is presently enrolling students for the upcoming academic year 5773!

We are preparing for Fall 2012! We can't wait to learn with you. We hope that our website provides the answers to your registration questions. CBI wants to provide you with all the tools you need to register for classes. On this page you can find registration information tailored specifically to each grade level.

Registration By Grade Level
Grade Level Registration Forms: K-12
Please Note:

Please do not allow cost to prevent you from registering students.  Please send a written request for a scholarship to Pam by email at phanna@bethisrael.org or add a note to your Fees and Funds Worksheet. CBI can only offer scholarships to our members.

Some of you have already sent in your Annual Commitment (A/C).  If you haven’t sent in your A/C pledge, our computer system cannot register your students for classes.  To get help with your Annual Commitment, please contact Pam by email at phanna@bethisrael.org or by telephone at 512.454.6806.

If you don’t belong to CBI yet, please join or please pay the nonmember tuition.  Nonmember tuition is $620 per student.

The most important thing about registration is your up-to-date Emergency Contact Information.  Why is this so important?  Unless we have up-to-date Emergency Contact Information and a signed waiver, we cannot allow students to join a class without a parent/guardian present.  Please help us keep our school safe.

Whether you choose to register on line or on paper, there is one important task that requires both the website and pen and paper.  Please read the Behavior Guidelines (Kavod) and sign the Waiver indicating that you have read and understood the Behavior Guidelines – one adult and each student, 7 years old and up.

New Studentswill receive a blank Emergency Form and Waiver to complete for each student.

Returning Students: If you are registering on line - On our website, you can update your emergency contact information.  Returning students will later receive in the mail an Emergency Form with your information from last year with a Waiver on the back.  If you have already updated your contact information on line, thank you!  When you receive the form in the mail, please simply write “updated on line” across the form in ink and sign the back of the page which is your Waiver.

If you have not updated your contact information on line, then please simply update the printed page in ink and sign the back.

Thank you for helping us keep our records up-to-date and for helping build a student community on foundations of safety as well as kavod, respect and honor.
