PACE Project

Congregation Beth Israel was named as the PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) project’s first recipient. This program allowed CBI to purchase new chillers, boilers and window tint for the building, saving both in annual repairs and energy efficiency.

Jennifer Smith, Executive Director, participated in a panel to discuss our participation in the program for the Department of Energy.  CBI will be utilized as a case study for other organizations to learn more about participate in the PACE program.  Below is a video that the PACE Authority put together and links with more information about the project and the DoE panel.
