CBI Chavurot Pilot Program 2024

In March 2023, Congregation Beth Israel listened to over 200 member families in small group conversations to understand how to strengthen our community and deepen our relationships to Judaism. We heard a resounding desire for more opportunities to engage in Jewish life outside the walls of CBI! With this new Chavurot program, we aim to bring Judaism to your doorstep and connect you with CBI households in your neighborhood.

Schedule:
Participant orientation and Q & A - December, online and at CBI.
Chavurot meet once per month starting in January.  After 3 months, CBI will facilitate an evaluation.
 
Being a host: Please indicate on the form if you are interested in hosting in your home for one or more meet up with your Chavurot.
Hosting can be as simple as you want to make it! CBI is here to support you if you are wanting to host but need help with dinner, extra furniture, Shabbat candles, etc. Let us know what we can do to make your Chavurah meet up a success.
