**Are you a current member at another URJ affiliated congregation? Please have your congregation fill out THIS FORM on your behalf and send it directly to our office to receive reciprocal tickets free of charge.

Registration is required for all members and guests.
TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED THIS YEAR. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO SHOW A VALID ID AT THE DOOR.

Non Member Children (17 & under)	Free w/ Adult ticket
Non Member Family Services ONLY	$54 per family encouraged
