HIGH HOLY DAY APPEAL

This year’s High Holy Day Appeal supports an initiative from our new CBI Climate Justice Committee to install solar blinds in nine rooms in the Shirley Barish Learning Center. These blinds will reduce our energy consumption and our carbon footprint, while lowering our annual electric bill by several thousand dollars each year. The total project will cost $16,500 to complete.

This fall CBI received a $3,000 grant from Adamah, the Jewish Climate Coalition, and CBI members Leon Barish and Terry McGinty have committed to match that $3,000! We need to raise $10,500 to complete this project.

Your contribution will support CBI and fight climate change, all while living into our value of Tikkun Olam. Thank you for your consideration!

We appreciate your support!
